NetFiscus is a manual financial tracking platform that helps you understand your investment performance. Track stocks, property, crypto, cash, and any other assets across multiple currencies. See your actual returns (not just balances), project your financial future, and make data-driven decisions about your money.
NetFiscus is built for people who want to understand their financial growth, not just track balances. It's ideal for:
While spreadsheets can track numbers, NetFiscus provides:
You get free credits when you sign up (enough to fully evaluate the platform with real data). After that, you purchase credits as needed. Most users spend far less per year than they would on subscription apps. There are no recurring charges, and credits never expire.
Your free starter credits let you create multiple assets and track them for weeks or months before needing to purchase more. This gives you enough to set up a real portfolio and fully evaluate whether NetFiscus works for you.
Actions that cost credits:
Always free:
You'll see a notification and can purchase more credits immediately. Your data is never locked. You can always view everything, you just can't create new entries without credits.
No. Buy them once, use them whenever. No recurring charges, no expiration dates. You only pay when you're actually using the platform.
Because subscription fatigue is real. Most finance apps charge $10-30 per month whether you use them or not. If you only update your portfolio monthly, why pay for daily access? With credits, you pay for what you use. Most users spend far less per year compared to subscription alternatives.
Yes. Contact us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
Besides the obvious privacy benefits, bank syncing apps have limitations:
Manual entry means you control everything: what you track, when you update it, and who sees it (just you).
No. We don't sell your data or analyze your habits for advertising. We use privacy-focused, anonymous product analytics to see which pages and features get used, and nothing else. Your financial data is shared only with services you connect yourself, such as an AI assistant you authorize. See our Privacy Policy.
Yes. We take security seriously:
For more technical details, see our Security page.
We support passkeys - the modern, phishing-resistant way to sign in using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware security key. If you prefer passwords, we hash them securely and never store them in readable form. New accounts must verify their email before logging in. Sessions are protected against common attacks and expire automatically.
Only what you allow, and only in your own account. The consent screen names exactly two permissions: reading your assets, debts, balances and analytics, and recording or correcting them. You can grant reading alone.
Before it changes or removes a record, the assistant shows it to you and waits for an explicit yes, and your tool asks for approval as well. It cannot create, archive or delete an asset or a debt, it cannot change your settings, and it can never remove the last remaining balance of an asset or a debt.
Open Settings, then Connected apps. Every assistant that signed in appears under Authorized apps, and every access token you created is listed separately. Removing either takes effect immediately.
A password reset revokes all of them at once. Access tokens are short lived and stored only as a hash, so we never hold a token that can be read back.
Yes. We use Stripe for all payments - your credit card numbers never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI compliant and handles all payment security requirements.
Yes. You can delete your account at any time. Deletion requires email confirmation, and after a grace period (in case you change your mind), all your data is permanently removed.
No. Sign up with just your email. No credit card required to start.
We recommend updating your values on the last day of each month - it takes about 10 minutes and gives you the most accurate tracking. Consistent month-end snapshots create better insights. You can update more or less frequently depending on your needs.
NetFiscus intelligently carries forward your last known values and adjusts for currency changes, so your charts stay complete. You can always add historical data later if needed.
Anything you want: stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, crypto, real estate, cash, precious metals, collectibles, vehicles, or custom assets you define. If it has value, you can track it.
Yes. Track assets in any currency and NetFiscus automatically converts everything to your preferred currency using historical exchange rates. Perfect for international portfolios.
Yes. Track mortgages, loans, credit lines, or any other debts. They're separated from assets but follow the same tracking logic.
You'll see basic analytics immediately, but the patterns become clearer the longer you track. Most users start seeing meaningful insights after 3-6 months of consistent updates.
Yes! You can import data from CSV files or restore from a full account backup. Save your Excel file as CSV first, then import directly into NetFiscus.
Importing costs credits (same as manual entry), but the system validates everything first - you'll see exactly what will be imported and the credit cost before confirming.
See our Import & Export guide for file formats and details.
Yes. Exporting is free and unlimited. Download your entire account as a JSON backup (for restoring or migrating) or export individual assets as CSV or JSON files.
Your data is yours - you're never locked in. See our Import & Export guide for details.
Yes. NetFiscus runs a server that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for connecting AI assistants to applications. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients can connect to your own account.
Once connected, you can ask about your assets and returns in plain language, and ask the assistant to record a balance, a deposit or a withdrawal. It can also correct or remove an entry, after it shows you the record and you say yes. Reading is free. Recording costs credits, the same as entering it yourself, and corrections are free.
Because most assistants read images and files, you can also paste a screenshot of a broker page or attach a CSV and ask it to record the balances. Your assistant does the reading and sends us the finished numbers. Ask it to check existing dates first, since a new balance never replaces an old one.
For a large backlog, CSV import is still faster, because it takes the whole file in one step.
See the AI assistants overview or the setup guide.
